Sell My Motel |
A free listing database is available to all motel owners in the
Motelinfo database. Click on the Operator
Login to enter your site requiring a Password. Once in the site:
1. Click on Change Property Status.
2. Select "For Sale" from the "Property For Sale"
drop down box.
3. You have options on how your property is displayed on the web.
By selecting "n" in the box your property has full exposure
on the Motelinfo web site. Refer to the full instructions download in the box below or <Click here> for full instructions.
Search for a Motel Broker:
When you click <here> it will take you to a list
of Motel Brokers allowing you to select a Broker to see what
motels are available. Once you are in the Broker's front
page you can click in the web link or click the "To view
motels for sale" direct link shown on the page.
View a Database of Motels For Sale:
If you click <here> it takes you to the free Motelinfo
motel listing page where Owners and Brokers display a wide
range of motels for sale. All the motels are listed in Regions and
price order. This a free service and can be used either through a Motel Broker or direct marketing.

Click <here> to receive a PDF download on how to set up your own private listing page on Motelinfo. In this page you can market direct or have a Broker attend to the enquiry.
