The three explanations below will enhance your motel search.
1. Search for a Motel Broker:
When you click <here> it will take you to a list
of Motel Brokers allowing you to select a Broker to see what
motels are available. Once you are in the Broker's front
page you can click in the web link or click the "To view
motels for sale" direct link shown on the page.
2. A Database of Motels For Sale:
If you click <here> it takes you to the free Motelinfo
motel listing page where Owners and Brokers display a wide
range of motels for sale. All the motels are listed in Regions and
price order. You can contact the motel Owner or Broker
for more details through the Motelinfo communication or Guest system.
3. An internal search of motels for sale in the Motelinfo Database:
Click <here> to search the Motelinfo database for motels which have been activated as being for sale. It alerts you that the Owner or Motel Broker have activated the "FREE LISTING". You can click <here> to view details of the activated listings. (Please note the listings are for view only, this area will not be active until release of the site in July 2008)
